The overall strategy of the IEC “Smart Energy” International Excellence Campus involves integrating each partner’s capabilities into an educational, scientific, and professional development offer based around the campus’ two areas of focus. This includes very close ties with the companies, Repsol and Ferrovial, to act as a catalyst to integrate a business outlook into education, to align research lines with the market, to create companies and engender an entrepreneurial spirit, and lastly, as a way to support the internationalisation of companies where they have offices.
