It is comprised of notable representatives from the business sector and international organisations, namely: the REPSOL LPG and Marketing, Refining, and Technology Director <a href=\"http:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/pub\/felipe-fernandez-lores\/6b\/147\/7a0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>(Felipe Fern\u00e1ndez)<\/strong><\/a> the FERROVIAL CI3 Smart Infrastructures Innovation Centre Director (Rafael Fando), the Chairman of the Bioeconomy Task Force &#8211; EU <strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/2013.bioasia.in\/alfredo-aguilar-romanillos.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alfredo Aguilar<\/a>),<\/strong>\u00a0), who is also the chairman of the BIA, a Consultant to International Higher Education (Chester Haskell) and a Professor from Universidade Federal do Cear\u00e1, Brazil <strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pgquim.ufc.br\/corpo-docente\/dr-celio-loureiro-cavalcante-junior\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Celio Cavalcante<\/a>)<\/strong>.They have all been approved by the Executive Committee, and have the necessary ability and experience to guide and advise the aforementioned Committee.
